Better Sleep Consultancy provides sleep support, guidance, and education for parents and carers.

The information and recommendations provided are based on the information supplied by the client and are tailored to individual circumstances where possible.

Payment

Payment must be made in full before consultations or support services are provided unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Client Responsibility

Successful outcomes depend on many factors, including consistency, family circumstances, and individual differences between children.

Clients remain responsible for decisions made regarding their child's care and wellbeing.

No Guaranteed Results

Every child is unique and sleep outcomes can vary significantly.

While I provide guidance and support based on my training and experience, I cannot guarantee specific results or improvements.
